Thumb Sucker

Lucy has started sucking on her hands. She hasn't quite mastered the thumb yet though.

Blessing Preview

This is the blessing dress my mom made for Lucy. All of the embroidery is by hand. The pattern was for a boy! The embellishments were all supposed to be blue. I know, it's a bit much, but it's a Southern thing!

This was just a preliminary fitting you'll get real blessing day pictures after it happens.

I was kind of excited when Lucy was able to fit in 3 to 6 months clothes because the ones we have are so dang cute... just like Lucy!

July 4 2009

We were moving on the 4th, so the family watched Lucy most of the day. It's sad because all of my brothers and sisters were around, but I didn't get any pictures taken of them. Oh well. We know where my priorities are.

Lucy's Paw Paw is trying to give Grandpa a run for his money.

Kirsti watched Lucy for a bit while I was trying to get things done with the move. I walked in to find this.

Bobo's Romper

My Granny (Bobo) got this romper for Lucy. I didn't think much of it until she put it on. Then, it was the cutest thing ever. I had to take a million shots of it. Plus, Lucy was being so cute in the bed. I couldn't miss it.

I love this one!

As you well know, Uncle John hates to have his picture taken. But he was being so cute with Lucy. I'll have to be a little more stealthy next time.

Farewell

My friend Melissa got her mission call to the Texas, Fort Worth Mission.
She let me go clothes shopping with her while Lucy played with her mom. She got Lucy this fabulously cute dress. THANKS!

This was her Farewell Picnic. She went into the MTC on 7/15/09.
