Easter Dress

Gockey, my mom, made this fabulous dress for Lucy out of Martha Pullen fabric. (Martha Pullen is the queen of French heirloom sewing).
Lucy absolutely did not want to wear it until I got her dressed and her hair done and set her in front of a mirror. She was quite impressed.

This is the totally over-the-top house that Papa got Lucy for her birthday, just a bit early.

I know, this post has nothing to do with Lucy, but it makes me so happy.

I spent my lunch couponing today. I went to Albertson's with doubler coupons. I came home with 1 tube of colgate toothpaste, 1 colgate toothbrush, one covergirl eyeshadow, 1 Kikoman soy sauce, 1 zone bar, and 3 Cliff bars for a grand total of...


$.80.
