Princess Ballerina

Uncle Mas loves his Lucy. She's not always sure about him.

Uncle Chad got Lucy this shirt for Christmas. She loves it so much. I have to let her wear it at least once a week. She wore out the original shirt, so my mom was kind enough to sew the skirt part onto another shirt. Pictures of the new one to come later.

This is Lucy playing in her drawer in the kitchen. Gockey keeps cool stuff in there for her like straws, plastic spoons, and deli serving baskets.

This is after nap hair. I LOVE it.

out of character

Lucy has come to love the tiny fleece blankets that every store sells now for like $5. They make for great toys and snuggling devices.

I like this one best. It shows how powerful Lucy's eyes are.

mmm... cake

As you can see, someone has learned to be a sneaky cake taster.

Yeehaw

Lucy loves this rocking horse that her Ma'maw and Pa'paw got her for Christmas. For the longest while, she absolutely would not ride it without a hat on.

acclaimating

Lucy took a few hours to get used to Ma'maw and Pa'paw's house when we went for Christmas. They brought in one of the cats to help get her excited.
We didn't see that cat for the whole rest of our stay.

Lucy loves to play with the 5 gallon water drums. We have some at home, so those made her feel more comfortable.

snow

Lucy just loves being outside. She does not care at all how cold it is. We have gotten so that the word o-u-t-s-i-d-e has to be spelled. She gets mad when I say we're going outside, but then we just get in the car. I know, mean trick.

PS- happy birthday to my cousin CHAD!!

piggies

Lucy's hair has gotten just long enough to put in piggy tails. It doesn't stay nice looking for very long.

I think she looks a little like Red - from fraggle rock.

I think she looks mischievous in this picture, but I LOVE it!

Yep, a nose picker. My brother, John, has taught her to "give me some bogies" so that she won't actually eat them. Still, yuck!
